Meeting-With The Sponsor

Met with the potential sponsor at his home in Chulipuram and invited the mason and the beneficiary to join us. During the meeting, we obtained estimates for the costs of materials and labour. The sponsor was satisfied with the figures and expressed his intention to proceed. The beneficiary handed back the completed details form, and contact numbers were taken to aid communication.
