Visit-Site Visits in Moolai and Ponnalai

On the morning of December 15th, 2024, R's team, joined by Mr. Siva Ruben, the GS, and Mr. T Raveendiran, visited six potential beneficiaries in the Ponnalai and Moolai areas. The purpose of the visit was to gather in-depth information from each family to better understand their background, needs, and current living circumstances.

As part of the visit, we took the time to speak with each family, ensuring we collected all the necessary details to assess their suitability for the program. This thorough process allowed us to gain a clear understanding of their situation and how they could benefit from the support offered.

After evaluating all the families, BN002 was identified as a strong candidate for the project. However, their participation is contingent upon the successful approval of their building applications. To move forward, we provided BN002 with a Tamil version of the Beneficiary Details form, along with clear instructions on how to complete the form and submit the necessary documents. These documents include both the building application and, if required, the Solai Vari application to the Pradeshiya Sabhai.

BN002 expressed that they would be able to rely on their relatives to help dig the pit for their building project, which is an encouraging sign of their resourcefulness and support network. We are excited to see BN002’s progress as they continue through the application process, and we remain committed to assisting them and other beneficiaries as they take the necessary steps toward building a better future.

This visit was an important step in the journey, as it brings us closer to providing meaningful support to families in the Ponnalai and Moolai areas. We look forward to seeing the positive impact these efforts will have on the community.
