Visit-The Start! Site Visits to Potential Beneficiaries

During a recent site visit to Pandevaddai and Kaddapulam, my team worked hand in hand with Logi Acca’s team, along with GS Mr. Raj Khana (D-174) and the RD Officer, to assess potential beneficiaries for the next phase of the project. It was a collaborative effort, as we set out to identify families who would benefit the most from the support and resources available.

We visited six different families during the trip, each one hoping to become part of this transformative initiative. To ensure that we gathered all necessary information, each candidate was provided with a particulars form, which had been thoughtfully designed by Logi Acca. Along with completing the form, applicants were asked to submit any available supporting documents, such as deeds, extracts, survey plans, IC cards, family cards, and Solai Vari receipts.

Once all the forms and documents were submitted, we carefully reviewed each one. The goal was to assess the potential beneficiaries based on the completeness and relevance of the information they provided. After evaluating all submissions, we selected the families who were most deserving of the support, ensuring they met the necessary criteria.

The final confirmation of the selected beneficiaries was made after thorough verification and approval from the GS. This process ensured that only those who truly needed the assistance were chosen, giving us confidence in our decisions.

It was a productive and fulfilling visit, as we were able to move forward in selecting families who would benefit from the program. This step brings us closer to creating real, positive change in the lives of those who need it the most. We look forward to continuing this journey and making a lasting impact on the communities of Pandevaddai and Kaddapulam.

BN005, a family of four, was also very deserving and was selected.
