BN007 arrived promptly for the scheduled meeting. During the discussion, Mr. R informed BN007 about the additional requirement for a Chartered Engineer and explained the reasons for their involvement, as mandated by Pradeshiya Sabhai. Since the site is only 1 lachem in size, the proposed toilet would be located very close to the well. Without proper guidance from the Chartered Engineer, there is a risk that toilet wastewater could contaminate the well water. Additionally, BN007 signed the building application, which is now complete and ready for submission to Pradeshiya Sabhai for approval. This meeting marks a significant step forward in the project, with all necessary paperwork now in order.
