In the evening, R made a phone call to Mason to discuss the work plan for the following day and to address any potential issues. During the conversation, Mason informed R that they had been unable to complete the foundation and plastering of the exterior of the toilet due to a shortage of cement. Mason stated that only half a bag of cement would be required to finish the task. R assured Mason that he would arrange for the cement to be provided the next day.
