Today, we visited the Pradeshiya Sabhai offices to meet with the Officer In Charge (OIC) regarding the status of the BN007 building application. During our discussion, the OIC provided an important update on the current situation.
The application had been reviewed in a meeting the previous week, and it was discovered that there were discrepancies between the plot size listed in the deed and the measurements shown on the survey plan. Additionally, the neighbors listed in the survey plan did not match those mentioned in the deed. These differences raised concerns, and the OIC recommended that the applicant be contacted to clarify the situation.
We informed the applicant of the discrepancies and emphasized the need to submit an affidavit confirming the accurate status of the plot size and boundaries. The file will remain on hold until this affidavit is submitted, at which point the application will be reviewed again.
