At 10:00 AM, I called the beneficiary to get an update on the progress of their building approval process. They informed me that they still needed to secure permission and assistance from the Public Health Inspector (PHI). I reminded them that we had previously provided the PHI’s contact details on February 25th, along with clear instructions on the steps they needed to take at that time.
To ensure they had all the information they needed, I followed up today by sending the local PHI contact number once again. I also reiterated the importance of working closely with the PHI to ensure all necessary steps were taken to obtain the required building approval.
This ongoing support ensures that the beneficiary stays on track and has the right guidance to move forward with their project.
