Meeting-Advancing Building Applications: Finalizing Key Documents for BN002

We met with Mr. Sasikaran at the Pradeshiya Sabhai office to discuss the details of BN002 and review any outstanding paperwork required to complete their building application. During our meeting, we carefully reviewed the requirements and discovered that both beneficiaries still needed to finalize their Solai Vari applications and as well as obtain a surveyor’s plans. These two documents were identified as essential to move forward with the approval process.

Following the meeting, We contacted BN002  by phone to inform them of the remaining steps. They were made aware of the need to complete the Solai Vari applications and secure the surveyor’s plans before proceeding. Beneficiary assured us that they would promptly provide the necessary paperwork and arrange for the draftsman’s drawings in order to finalize the building application form. Once these documents are ready, we will be able to proceed with the next steps in the approval process.
