We recently met with Mr. Sasikaran at the Pradeshiya Sabhai office to discuss the BN003 building application and review any outstanding paperwork necessary for its approval. The meeting provided us with the opportunity to carefully assess the current status of the application and determine the next steps in the process.

Upon review, it became clear that there were two critical requirements that still needed to be addressed before the application could move forward.  BN003 had not yet finalized their Solai Vari application, and they also needed to secure a surveyor’s plans, which are essential documents for the approval process. These two requirements were identified as the final pieces of paperwork that must be completed before the application could progress.

Following the meeting, we promptly reached out to BN003 by phone to inform them about the missing documents. We explained the importance of completing the Solai Vari applications and securing the surveyor’s plans before proceeding further. The beneficiary was understanding and assured us that they would make arrangements to provide the necessary paperwork without delay. They also confirmed they would coordinate with the draftsman to ensure the drawings were completed promptly.

Once these critical documents are submitted, we will be in a position to finalize the building application form and move on to the next phase in the approval process. We are confident that the beneficiaries will act swiftly, and we are looking forward to working closely with them to ensure a smooth and efficient approval process.
