At 3:00 p.m., we had a productive meeting with Mr. Sasikaran at the Pradeshiya Sabhai to review and discuss the paperwork for Beneficiary BN001. The goal of this meeting was to ensure that all required documents were in place for the building application process.
After our discussion with Mr. Sasikaran, I met with his colleague to further examine the documents and identify any additional paperwork needed to complete the building application form. His colleague informed me that there were still a couple of missing documents: the beneficiaries needed to obtain extracts of their deeds, dated within two weeks of submitting the building application, as well as four copies of the draftsman’s drawings.
Fortunately, all other paperwork required for the application submission was already in order. To ensure the process moved forward without delays, I advised that I would reach out to the beneficiary directly to help obtain the required extracts of their deeds.
This meeting brought us one step closer to completing the building application for BN001, and I look forward to continuing to support the beneficiary through the final stages of the process. It’s encouraging to see everything coming together, and we’re excited to see these applications move forward soon!
