At 3:00 p.m., we gathered with Mr. Sasikaran at the Pradeshiya Sabhai to go over and discuss the paperwork for Beneficiary BN005. The main objective of this meeting was to ensure that all necessary documents were prepared and ready for the building application process.
Following our discussion with Mr. Sasikaran, I had a further meeting with his colleague to review the documents in greater detail and identify any additional paperwork needed to finalize the application. His colleague pointed out that two important documents were still missing: the beneficiaries would need to provide extracts of their deeds, dated within two weeks of the building application submission, along with four copies of the draftsman’s drawings.
Thankfully, the majority of the paperwork required for the submission was already complete. To avoid any delays, I assured them that I would contact the beneficiary directly to assist in obtaining the needed extracts of the deeds.
This meeting has brought us closer to finalizing the building application for BN005, and I am eager to continue providing support as we move through the final stages. It’s exciting to see the process progressing smoothly, and we’re looking forward to pushing the applications forward soon!
