On 22nd December 2024 representatives from BN003 visited the Pradeshiya Sabhai (PS) office for an important meeting where they handed over the completed Tamil version of our Data Collection form to us. This step marks a significant achievement in the progress of their ongoing project and sets the stage for the next phase.
During the meeting, BN003 sought guidance from the office staff on the necessary procedures to resolve issues related to their Solai Vari applications. Our team was able to provide detailed assistance, ensuring that BN003 understood the required steps to move forward and resolve any challenges that had come up in the process.
One of the critical points discussed was the need for surveyor’s plans—essential documents in the building application process. We made it clear to BN003 that it would be their responsibility to arrange for these plans. Recognizing the importance of this step, BN003 expressed a strong commitment to obtaining the necessary surveyor’s plans and completing the Solai Vari applications as quickly as possible.
By taking responsibility for these outstanding tasks, BN003 has shown a clear dedication to ensuring the success of their project. Once the surveyor’s plans are submitted and the Solai Vari applications are finalized, we will be able to proceed with the next stages of the project.
