Meeting- BN002 at the Pradeshiya Sabhai: Progress and Next Steps in the Building Application Process

We recently had the opportunity to meet with BN002 at the Pradeshiya Sabhai (PS) office, where they handed over the completed Tamil version of our Data Collection form. This step was crucial in moving forward with their building application process. During the meeting, BN002 sought guidance from the office staff regarding the necessary steps to resolve issues related to their Solai Vari applications. The staff provided them with detailed assistance, ensuring they understood what actions were required to proceed.

Additionally, we informed BN002 that it was their responsibility to arrange for the surveyor’s plans, which are essential documents for the building application process. These plans are necessary to move the application forward and must be completed before we can proceed with the next steps.

BN002 ,expressed their commitment to obtaining the surveyor’s plans and finalizing their Solai Vari applications. With a clear understanding of the remaining tasks, they are eager to complete these steps so that we can continue moving forward with their building projects.

Once these final pieces of paperwork are in place, we will be able to progress to the next stage of the approval process. We are optimistic about the progress made during this meeting and look forward to assisting BN002 in completing their applications.
