Meeting-Next Steps for Potential Beneficiary

BN007 visited us this morning to submit the completed form details form.  During our discussion, we clarified the nature of the assistance we provide to carefully selected beneficiaries, emphasising that this project is not something we can offer to every family. We outlined the responsibilities the beneficiary would need to undertake if selected. We confirmed that all required paperwork was available, though they would need to obtain the latest deed extract. Additionally, we provided details regarding the costs and other expectations that would fall under their responsibility if they are chosen. We advised them to collect a building application form from the PS and to submit copies of all relevant documents.
