Call Received-Bad Weather hinders progress, part payment request

BN004 Mason called this morning to provide an update on the progress of the toilet construction. He informed us that the only remaining tasks for the toilet building are painting the interior and exterior, as well as painting the toilet door. However, the toilet pit foundation work has not yet started because the pit is still full of rainwater due to daily rainfall over the last five days, which has hindered progress. Additionally, the forecast for the beginning of this week predicts more bad weather, meaning no work can be done until conditions improve. The Mason has also requested a partial payment for the work completed to date. Although he is on a contract and should be paid upon completion of the full job, the weather has been beyond his control, preventing him from completing the work. As a result, we have agreed to pay him half of his contracted amount on Monday, January 13th, 2025.
