At Neethuvan, a significant step has been taken toward transforming overgrown and unused land into a productive area for crop cultivation. Recently acquired, this piece of land is now poised for development. To kickstart this process, we enlisted the help of Ranjan, our dedicated JCB operator, who began the task of clearing the land.
Ranjan worked meticulously for one hour, carefully removing dense vegetation and preparing the ground for the upcoming cultivation efforts. The land, which had been left unattended for some time, is now one step closer to being revitalized for agricultural purposes.
This initial phase marks the beginning of an exciting journey toward creating a thriving agricultural space at Neethuvan. We look forward to seeing this land transform into a productive farm, providing opportunities for sustainable crop production in the near future.

As the land clearance operation at Neethuvan starts we’re excited to share that another important phase of the project has begun. MP, a skilled local mason, and his team have been contracted to secure the boundary of the land, an essential step in protecting the area for future cultivation.
The team’s task is to install cement fence posts and barbed wire around the entire perimeter of the land. This will serve as a deterrent to trespassers and, perhaps more importantly, keep roaming cows and goats out, ensuring that the crops we plan to cultivate are protected from livestock that frequently wander through the area.
Given the size of the land, MP and his team estimate that it will take between 5 to 7 days to complete the boundary work. Once finished, this will provide an important layer of security and ensure that the cultivated crops can thrive without interference.
