Meeting - BN009: Meeting Overview and Next Steps

BN009 and his wife attended a meeting at our office to learn more about the assistance we may be able to provide. Mr. T. Raveendiran was also invited to participate in the meeting. During the session, we thoroughly explained the entire process, including the associated costs that would be the beneficiary's responsibility. The potential beneficiaries were provided with a Tamil version of the data collection form to complete. They indicated that they would return the completed form along with the necessary supporting documents the following day. We informed them that once all required information was submitted, we would review the documents and determine whether they met the criteria to become beneficiaries.
