Call Received-Update on BN007 Building Application

We received a call from BN007 to check on the progress of his application.  We advised that the previous day Mr Sasikaran from PS office had informed that no progress had been made on his case.  We suggested that BN007 visit the PS office in person to expedite the process and help move his file forward.
