requested, I met with the draftsman promptly at 9 AM to collect the completed
building application form and drawings for BN007. During our meeting, the
draftsman highlighted a small issue: when he visited BN007's site, he
discovered that it is only 1 lachem in size, meaning the proposed toilet area
would be positioned very close to the well. This situation requires the
involvement of a Chartered Engineer, as Pradeshiya Sabhai mandates their review
and approval for the construction of a toilet at this site. After consulting
various professionals, the estimated cost for this service was found to be
approximately 10,000 LKR, which would be the responsibility of BN007. Given the
high cost, the team decided to assist BN007 by researching alternative, more affordable
quotes or options that would still meet Pradeshiya Sabhai's requirements. We
are currently awaiting the deed extract to proceed with the next steps.
