BN007 visited us on-site at Neethuvan to submit the letter he had received from the PS Office. The letter included a request to either reduce or waive the Chartered Engineer requirement for supervising the construction of his toilet, as the 10,000 fee was unaffordable for him. The request had been approved and countersigned by the local GS.
We assured BN007 that we would raise the matter with the DS on his behalf during our meeting with her the following day and seek her assistance in finding a viable solution.
