Call Received-Update from BN007 – Site Visit and Building Application Requirement

BN007 contacted us to inform us that, following his visit to the PS Office, their Technical Assistant visited his site earlier in the afternoon. The TA reported that, for his building application, the construction of the pit would need to be a sealed pit rather than a soaking pit. This requirement is due to the size of his plot and its proximity to neighbouring homes.
