Call Received - Update on BN008: Sealed Pit Discussion and Request for Advice

We received a call from the beneficiary of BN008 with an important update regarding their building plans. The beneficiary informed us that their draftsman had visited the site earlier that morning to assess the property. However, there was a challenge due to the small size of the plot and the presence of a tube well on the property.

The draftsman suggested building a sealed pit as a solution to these issues. While this is a common approach in such situations, it’s not something the beneficiary wanted to pursue. Understandably, the beneficiary is seeking guidance from us on how to best move forward with their project.
