Land Clearing at Kiri Olai: Beginning of Agricultural Development
Today, Ranjan our JCB man worked from 12 PM to 6 PM, marking the start of an important phase in the development of the Kiri Olai land. He began the process of clearing a section of land along the AB21 road, which is a crucial step toward establishing a boundary fence and securing the area. This will lay the groundwork for the land's future transformation into an agricultural space.
The primary objective of this land clearing project is to prepare the site for the installation of a boundary fence. This fence will not only secure the land but also define the area for future agricultural activities. As we look ahead, the cleared land will be integral to creating a sustainable agricultural environment, which aligns with our long-term development plans for the property.
The project is expected to take several days to complete as Ranjan works through the vegetation and any obstacles on the land. Once the area is sufficiently cleared, we will move on to the next phase—installing the boundary fence. This is a vital step in securing the land and preparing it for the agricultural endeavors we have envisioned.
By establishing a secure perimeter, we will be able to progress with additional development projects, further contributing to the region's agricultural growth. We are excited to see the progress made and eagerly anticipate the land’s potential.
