Today, Ranjan continued his dedicated land clearing work at Kiri Olai, starting at 10 AM and finishing at 2:30 PM. His efforts in clearing the land are crucial to ensuring the site is ready for the next phase of development.
In parallel, a new team of masons, led by Chandiran, began working on digging holes along the perimeter that Ranjan had cleared the previous day. These holes are essential for positioning the fence posts, which will later be secured with barbed wire to complete the boundary fence. This step is a key part of securing the land for future agricultural use. Chandirans team did an excellent job today and managed to secure in place 37 posts.
To support this phase of the project, our local supplier, Pakiyanathan, delivered 50 seven-foot cement posts, four bags of cement, one load of Landmaster small stones, and one load of Landmaster sand. Additionally, Jeyakumar, our manager, purchased eight rolls of galvanized barbed wire to ensure we have all the necessary materials to proceed with the fencing work.
The combination of Ranjan’s land clearing, the masons' hole-digging, and the timely delivery of materials has set the stage for a smooth continuation of this project. We are excited to see the progress and are confident that the completed fencing will provide the security needed for the future agricultural development of the land.
Stay tuned for further updates as we move forward with this important project.
