We received a call from BN008, informing us that they had arrived at our office for a scheduled meeting. During our discussion, we outlined the next steps required to move forward with the approval process for their building application.
We provided them with the draftsman's contact information and advised them to reach out to arrange a site visit. Additionally, we instructed them to obtain an extract of the deed, which is a necessary document for the application process.
As part of the process, we also advised BN008 to visit the Pradeshiya Sabhai on Monday, February 24th, with the required documents. This will enable them to collect the building application form, which the draftsman will then complete on their behalf.
We look forward to assisting BN008 in navigating the approval process and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of their project.
