We are pleased to announce that Ranjan, our trusted JCB operator, has resumed work for us. This time, he is clearing a different plot of land directly behind the Neethuvan property. Last year, Ranjan cleared the area, but due to overgrowth, the land has once again become untidy and requires another round of clearing to ensure it is ready for its next phase. He began work at 6 a.m. and finished for the day at 11 a.m.
The primary objective of this project is to clear the overgrown vegetation and establish a strong perimeter fence around the land to prevent cattle and goats from entering. This fencing is essential as we plan to grow crops on the land. Once the fence is in place, we will begin cultivating the land gingelly seeds (sesame), a hardy and lucrative crop that thrives in our region.
In addition to Ranjan’s efforts, Mason MP and his team have returned after a well-deserved rest. They are currently digging holes for the fence posts along the edges of the land that Ranjan is clearing. The collaboration between these teams ensures the land will be properly prepared for both the fencing and cultivation processes.
This joint effort marks an exciting step forward in the development of the land, and we are optimistic about the future of this cultivation project.
