We’re excited to share the latest update from Site N005, where construction on our toilet facility project is progressing well. Our team on the ground has sent through a new set of photos, giving us a closer look at the great work being done and the positive steps being made.
One of the key milestones achieved so far is the completion of the plates for the toilet pit. This foundational step is crucial to ensuring the structure is both durable and safe. Alongside this, the construction of the toilet room walls is also well underway. Two of the walls have now been built halfway up, giving a clear sense of the structure beginning to take shape.
We’re also pleased to report that the weather has been on our side recently. The clear skies and dry conditions have allowed the team to work consistently and make steady progress without major delays—something we’re always grateful for in construction projects like this.
Looking ahead, preparations are already being made for the next stages of the build. The toilet door is ready and waiting to be collected, and the materials needed for the roof are also prepared and set aside. However, we’ve made the practical decision to wait until all the walls are fully constructed before transporting and installing the roof materials. This ensures that everything stays well-organized on site and that construction continues safely and efficiently.
