Meeting - BN008 Submission and Next Steps in the Building Approval Process

On the evening of 24th January 2025, at 8:00 PM, BN008 visited our office to formally submit the completed data collection form, along with photocopies of the required supporting documents, as part of the building approval application process. During the meeting, we clarified that, at this time, no decision had been made regarding the applicant's eligibility.

We emphasized that if BN008 is selected for further consideration, one of the key next steps will be the acquisition of the most recent deed extract. This document is essential to proceed with the building approval application. In addition, we outlined the importance of obtaining a draftsman’s drawing, which is a mandatory requirement for applicants who meet the necessary eligibility criteria.

We assured BN008 that our team would carefully review the submitted information, and any updates or requests for additional documentation would be communicated promptly. Moving forward, we will assess the eligibility based on the provided data and inform BN008 of the next steps in the process accordingly.
