At 8:00 PM, BN008 visited our office to submit the completed data collection form, accompanied by photocopies of the necessary documents as part of the application process. During the meeting, we made it clear that no decision had been made regarding their eligibility at this stage.
We informed BN008 that, if selected, they would be required to obtain the latest deed extract as a crucial step before proceeding with their application for building approval. Additionally, we provided further guidance on the next steps in the process, outlining the importance of obtaining a draftsman’s drawing if they meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
We will continue to review the submitted information and communicate the next steps based on the outcome of the eligibility assessment.
