As part of our ongoing commitment to quality assurance and compliance with approved building standards, we have made direct contact with BN005 to ensure progress is closely monitored and construction aligns strictly with approved plans.
We have requested that daily progress photos be shared with us via WhatsApp to facilitate transparent monitoring and timely feedback. This will help us maintain consistency with the approved project scope and avoid unnecessary delays.
Additionally, we confirmed that all required materials for the construction of the pit and toilet foundation have been delivered as per the quantities specified in the approved building plans. The assigned mason has been instructed to carry out the construction strictly in accordance with these plans.
It is important to note that any deviation from the approved design, which leads to additional material requirements, will not be supported by GLF. The Letter of Conformity—a critical document issued by the Pradeshya Sabhai—can only be granted if the construction is completed in strict adherence to the approved plans.
During our communication, BN005 informed us that she did not have a copy of the approved plan or building permit. To resolve this, we have requested her to visit our office the following day to collect a copy of the relevant documents.
