As part of our continued support to ensure that all beneficiaries of the WC4ALL Project are equipped with the necessary documentation for proper implementation, we were pleased to meet with BN005 at our office this morning. BN005 collected a copy of the approved toilet construction plan and the building approval letter. This step was essential, as BN005 had previously informed us that these documents were not in her possession. The documents were needed to provide clear guidance to the mason, ensuring that the toilet construction proceeds strictly in accordance with the approved plans.
To further support transparency and proper verification, BN005 was also issued a copy of the GS (Grama Sevaka) Approval Letter. This document, which had been previously omitted, now includes the official signature of GS Raj Khanna, affirming that the information provided by the beneficiary is accurate and that BN005 qualifies for support under the WC4ALL initiative.
We remain committed to ensuring that all project activities are conducted in line with regulatory standards and community validation processes. This ensures not only the technical soundness of construction but also fairness and accountability in beneficiary selection.
The WC4ALL Project continues to make meaningful strides toward improved sanitation access, one compliant and well-supported household at a time.
