On Wednesday, 2nd July 2025, the BN005 family visited our site to discuss the way forward for their toilet construction project. During the meeting, they confirmed the toilet pit and toilet foundations had been dug and prepared. In turn we confirmed that GLF would arrange the delivery of initial construction materials within the next few days.
We informed them that GLF will fund the materials required for the toilet construction as per the approved plan. However, the responsibility of sourcing a mason for the project lies with the family. They confirmed that a mason has already been engaged and is ready to begin work.
Additionally, we emphasized that all materials delivered to the site will be the family’s responsibility to safeguard throughout the construction process.
This marks an important step forward, and we look forward to seeing progress on the project in the coming days.
